What are these wheels called?

I've found a set of phase 1 19 16v wheels on eBay:

Renault 19 Clio 16v Speedline Alloys Fit Mk1mk2 Golf on eBay (end time 06-Feb-11 21:42:04 GMT)

I'm sure they are in the eBay thread but I can't remember what they are called?

The Clio had turbines, the 19 had...

nice cheap set, I've been thinking of getting a set. mix and match to get a good set, and then the spares machine off the fins and polish. must try them on kangoo really. had no luck with the steels i ammassed
