2006 Megane 225. Came here to find out how everyone gets their driveshaft nut off when doing their swivel bearing!! Just been swinging on my breaker bar and the fucker won't budge!!

20" breaker bar for hub nuts. Scaffold pipe if needs be on the end..alternatively good impact gun

Got someone to do it in the end. He used an impact gun. Might get myself one tbf. So easy!
I've got an even bigger problem with the car now anyway. Horrendous vibrating when accelerating coming from drivers side. Sounds and feels like I'm driving over a cattle grid.

Did you post on UKM about this ? I have just replied. They have possibly disturbed the inner cv on drivers side giving vibration - just bosh a new shaft in(y)

Yeah I did. I drove it home last night and it drives spot on. Just noisy. It actually sounds like something has fallen down in the engine bay somewhere and is vibrating. If this rain stops I'll go out and have a proper look.
Thanks for the guide, gonna order the bearing for the other side this morning.
