Just spoke to my dad, he saw this car this morning, 'French racing blue' as he called it, didn't know whether it was a phase 1 or 2 (I told him it wasnt acceptable to be a Renault Alpine fan and not know the difference between a ph1 and 2 clio

I think it was likely an illiad ph2 he saw
