Washer fluid.

Can't believe my luck lately :( ; hit a pothole today, didn't seem too bad as the steering etc. felt okay but when i went to get back in the car to drive home from work, i noticed a puddle of fluid and a constant drip coming from behind the front bumper. Luckily it seems that the pipe that joins to the passenger side headlight washer is either split or has come undone -better that than a broken radiator i guess.

strange the other day as i got close to my car i noticed a puddle of water and it was also coming from the front n/s headlight washer jet. just constantly dripping maybe there is a one way valve sticking open, it almost emptyied all the washer fluid from the tank.

182s were renowned for crying from their headlight washers when they first came out. Didn't think Vees suffered the same way!?

Yes, had to change both sides on wifes old 182 and done one the vee. Something to do with the rubber washer 'seeping' if over tightened. Got photo-copy instructions with one from Renault with what they should be torqued too ( not very much if I remember correctly )
