Sorry for the lack of write ups lately.
My laptop has started running very slowly so it's making it a long ol' task to upload all the photos and such.
I managed to get some pics of this Astra loaded up (only took an hour
)
The car was booked in for a freshen up before it goes off to a bunch of events this year. The first would be Performance Vauxhall the weekend after it was collected.
The wheels, tyres and arches were dealt with first using Auto Finesse Products.
Auto Finesse Avalanche used for the pre-wash.
After the 2 bucket wash, the car was chemically decontaminated.
Lots of iron fallout all over this one.
Once inside, the car was clayed and assessed under different light sources.
The car was due to have a single stage Enhancement Detail, but knowing it was going to be entered into a few shows, I opted to cut back a few defects first before going ahead with the single polishing stage.

50/50 across panels.
Black plastics.
Wind deflectors.
The tinted film on the rear lights was very tired.
A little tidy up before they can be redone.
Scratches on the air tank in the boot.
Brushed aluminum trims polished.
Boot build cleaned up and waxed.
The paintwork was protected using ODK Wax Revire - definitely one to try
Wheels waxed with ODK Momentum.
Trims and tyres with ODK Attire.
A final wipe down with ODK Exhibit.
