sam,

loving the two tone scheme, especially the rear & side views, looks nice

& ever since i saw the metallic yellow 99 trophy i've always had a soft spot for it.....anyone know who's it was?

Nice to see my V6 that Mark fettled at the front there

VN52 MXP

Interesting as well is I was in Sanspeed in Bexleyheath & I read that Va VA Voom artical & after that went to Mark for everything!
Sam even drove me to the station in his first car IIRC

....am lucky enough to have picked up a set of Cromodoras last yr, just looking for a decent repair/refurb specialist, need a damn good clean up & 1 has a chunk out of the rim, no cracks tho, phewie!

if anyone knows someone who can fix magnesium rims i'd appreciate the info, even better if they're in Holland or mainland europe, if not i can ship to UK

& yep i agree, they're the best looking rims for the car.....now if only somebody made aftermarket replicas !

cheers,

jim

Thanks Jim.
Is that yellow similar to the 'liquid' yellow they later used on the Megane's and Clio's? It does look amazing. Although I wouldn't want to repair any of it!

That's nice to hear the article brought a customer. Thank you.
I give lifts in my little Mk1 Renault 5 now :race:

I recently found some more pictures you may be interested to see from underneath one of the cars (not all taken at the same time):
