Upgrading Mk1 to Mk2 Gearbox - What Parts?

Hi

My mk1 gearbox seems to be making one too many noises and I've got the chance to get hold of a Mk2 gearbox to do a swap an upgrade.

I know a few people have had the upgrade from Mk1 to Mk2 done on here so wanted to know what parts I need i.e. just the box or is there a different clutch, flywheel, driveshaft etc and any mounting differences.

ok have pm'd Tim plus the dealer confirmed today my box is totally knackered - not too surprised considering the whirring / clicking noises coming out of it though peeved its happened at just 18k miles
