Turns out to be an interesting story.......
Its a prototype Venturi "Grand Prix". Clio V6 running gear (310bhp somehow quoted) but total weight being only 850kg it would have been a bit of a goer! Project shelved at some point and I believe only one complete car built + this one which we think was a show/launch car.

How it ended up there is anybody's guess, maybe they couldnt pay their bill.
