Rang up Trackstar last night to register and do a test on my Vee's tracker. Was told that they couldn't connect to it and one of the customer services people would ring me to sort something out. Just got off the phone and was told they could either send out an engineer at a cost of £125 or install a new system for £250. To be honest, neither option was attractive to me. Where I live car crime is virtually non existent and after paying out for the Vee and all the other bills that goes with it I'm not really in the mood to spend that kind of money on something that probably won't be of much use. Could it of been that there was not a strong enough GSM signal when they tried to contact my tracker as it's very hit and miss around here with mobile signal strength?
