No I haven't got the woodruff key unfortunately. I don't think I've got a totally funked crank to steal one from either.

Ps Going to clean the block with caustic soda. I know about the engine number, is there anything else.

Yeah, don't leave it any longer than 2-3 days. I recently left one on an entire week and discovered the oil gallery plugs aren't lead, but infact are aluminium. They got eaten away and fell out. Had to buy some 15mm steel core plugs, knocked them in and ensured they never come out with a chemical metal, silicone sealant sandwich.
