Hello I’m looking at buying a mk1 v6 Clio.

Always wanted one from when I was a youth.

Quick question that’s on my mind.

The front where the rads housed etc should there be any kind of storage under there? Or just a void

Has a drain tube in the bottom

There are Italian reproduction ones (reportedly Ph1 & Ph2 compatible) on Facebook V6 pages. As a club, we should purchase one for SG to appraise. He’ll undoubtedly sell it on if it was satisfactory.

I’d be quite miffed to be purchasing a Vee without though. The storage compartment is essential and the OE part no longer available. Good bargaining chip!

Hi Kett,

I know someone that’s ordered one for appraisal. Will update accordingly.

That’s exciting. Let’s hope it’s good news.

Plastic is resilient to age, but stress-fractures forming near the dzus holes seems a plausible complication.

I remember certain members having pictures of a child it the tub, bet the child is too big now!
How big was that bargaining chip?
