The oil feeds on ebay

K

Kenobi

Do these replace the need for gasgets aswell? is all that horrible metal bit removed when fitting these?

I have one on mine and yes it replaces the need for gaskets. The original feed hole is actually tapped in the turbo so this is where the new pipe threads into.
And yes it also replaces all the horrible metal piping.

spoken to Andy yet....??

hes in Italy at the moment but should be back in week or so

ohhh you want filter pipes..dont think Andy does filter pipes just the turbo feed pipes... someone on here could get them made up but cant remember who - might have been Lee

Now im totally confused. I thought they same thing.

looking at the link again, I have no idea, they think they are for the turbo to the block but dont look long enough! Unless they are water?

They look to be replacement for the pipes that come off the block to the filter/heat exchanger

if you are looking for the turbo feed pipe. ie this here then get in contact with Andy when he is back off holiday - or buy that one but apparently isnt as good quality

DO NOT buy these!!!! they don't fit properly and kink, which could lead to oil starvation. If you do want to replace these as well, take the the one's already on your car to Pirtek (there's loads around the country so bound to one near you) and get them to do them. Only cost me ?10 and that included new 'o' ring seals for the ends as well! :icon_biggrin:

OK i feel I need to clarify for my own sake here. I want the pipes that

1) go into top of turbo

2) come out bottom of it.

Both have paper gaskets.

I want both replaced.

Am i talking bout the same pipes?

....FFS Kenobi

Andy can supply the oil feed to the top of the turbo, screws straight into the housing so you dont need the gasket

no one does an after market oil return pipe (as far as i am aware) so just replace the gasket and put the original pipe back on, where it enters the block there is a rubber/silicone hose about an inch long, this could be replaced if you take it off and measure it
