On reflection, is that really a write off? The damage doesn't look too bad to me?

Dan

Dan - just to get you up to speed fella, that accident was nearly four years ago, and yes it was a write off.

As for the plate, she resides here:

Martin, it was a CS non-official trip to the south of France - by all accounts it was a good holiday :(

steve do u still have that pic from the stag weekend anywhere???

That was a good week that one steve apart from the masacre!!!! would have been better if u and mark had stayed like, and dan if u look where the top of the passenger door meets the roof you'll notice a big kink in the roof, i think that was why it was written off!!!

Yup ,the kink in the roof was the problem - not that I wanted it back anyway, but it would of needed a reshell.

Bayliss, not sure about that picture, i'll try and dig out fella.

I think Martin and Mark have seen the plate G110 VG on ebay last month.

I think i bidded 99p on it............LOL [smilie=icon_clown.gif]

PS... Steve sorry about the poor demise of the vee :( . Bayliss told me about it a while ago, happened down a french country road didn't it? As Jainy would say thats proper "Chongy"!!!

It was a bit chango pants tbh, only 2400 miles on the clock and 4 months old :( . But hey, I got paid out alright on it, and i'm still alive!

Stevev6 gets to fight another day :livid:

I thought the damage would have been more than it looked cause the white Clio was pretty bad and it must have taken a shunt - so am guessing chassis leg twisted and kinked the roof, pretty common as that is what is meant to happen to diffuse the impact forces ...

Very chongo indeed ...

And yes you are probably right about the e-bay plate Mossy as I am sure it was 'adjusted' to look like CLIO V6 ...
