the clio has eaten the clutch!

I couldn't help but notice he forgot to indicate when overtaking at least a few of those cars, perhaps due to all that NOISE he wasn't thinking clearly. ;)
 
went to see the V today and the mechanic showed me the clutch and pressure plate [smilie=icon_eek.gif]

the pressure plate had shattered with a massive crack in it therefore i could not select any gears. bits of the pressure plate surrounding had sheared off causing the horrible noise from the box as they rattled around inside.

had a few other things done while i was there : new pads and disks on rear, all new fluids, new power steering pump and a fresh MOT
