tail pipe trims

i've noticed that some cars have polished circular trims around the tail pipe apertures of the rear bumper. were these fitted as oe on some cars or are they after market items?
 
I think Mark Fish made them, he mentioned somthing similar to me... :approve:

Maybe give him a call if you want them

You must be referring to ph1? I don't expect the ph2 glass fibre bumper to melt actually I've been surprised how unaffected mine still looks after extensive heat treatment. But I've heard of ph1 bumpers to catch fire on the dyno...
