Sump oil leak

In my car's continued quest to never be driven on the road it has developed two new places to leak oil.

The 1st was simple to fix, - a tiny crack in the oil filler cap allowing it to fill up with oil then leak out

The 2nd is relatively simple as well, the sump is leaking. I understand there is no gasket but was wondering if anyone could advise what sealant is best to use for this repair?

Loctite 510 is a good sealant :approve:
