[VII Car Care]

I absolutely enjoyed every moment of today! So, 'it' was dropped off at 8am this morning, finished at about 3pm. The car has been looked after really well, but could do with paint correction as we discussed which will hopefully happen in the spring as I loved working on this beast!

So the process was -

Snow foam mix with btbm
Wheels/tyres cleaned with Imperial (Really liked this, although smelt just like Smartwheels?)
G101 for the arches, nooks & crannies
Washed with Carpro mitt & btbm
Iron X all over, not much to report on there.
Oblitarate lower panels
Clayed with Megs bar & DJ lube
Snow foamed again
Washed
Towel dried
Windows cleaned with 3M
Hand applied Tripple with a mf app x2 Coats as I wanted max coverage
Z6 wipe down
Autofinesse Illusion applied - Love it, gave such a deep glow to the finish
Z8 wipe down
Tyres dressed with Perl
Trim's dressed with Dressel - This worked best on textured plastics imo, perl was far better on the rubbers
Door shuts polished with Tripple

Hopefully Guy the owner will get some Hydro2 to use for his maintenance washes, this stuff is awesome & really does add that bit extra imo

I love them especially that colour, just as well I won't get a decent trade in price otherwise I think I'd have swapped.

Looks very nice especially in that colour, somehow they just don't do it for me. They have very little visual presence compared to a Vee and there's lots around too !!!

Absolutely stunning cars in my opinion, but the only colour to have is ultimate green, really stands out in that colour.
Apart from the noble, this was the only other car I've owned that used to create so much interest that it was always interesting every time I visited the petrol station, ( but I'm sure you know what I mean ).
