OK, all tyre pressures are correct. Tracking done not that long ago.

BUT... on motorway journeys and just general driving its as if the vee has become slugish in its responses, and tends to pull me which ever way it pleases.

I somtimes really dont feel in control of it, and thats driving at reasonable speeds.

Sub frame bolts are all tight, I really want help on this. im losing faith in the vee quick ive only had it 15 months.

Any local help would find the individual with bacon rolls and cups of tea :)

Tie-bar rod ends rear inboard
[ RML-14MTEx1.5 Left handed Male PTFE Lined Rodend with a 1.5 pitch thread - Motorsport quality. Price per unit £30.57 excluding carriage & VAT.Rota Precision LtdTel: 01275 818918] I've replaced them at the rear, it was getting a bit wandery

Lower Balljoints front
[ front - http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/c/Renau ... 18369c23a4 ] could be but you'd hear clunking at lock when parking manouvering at low speed etc.

Could just be the bushes?

Also you imply that you had just the tracking done. The car would benefit from proper 4 wheel alignment as the camber can wander alarmingly...

i do get a clunk, and knocking from the front right when turning somtimes or parking etc, never known what it is.

Also this happens when i turn and the road surface changes or theirs a bump when turning...

could this then be associated?

They did alinment i think, had laser somthing or other done,

thanks people

so say it is the lower ball joints, ive got a mk1 could sombody help me get the right part, ile try that first.

while im at it could you help me find the correct bushes and ile change them.

part numbers or somthing would be awsum other wise ile end up ordering the wrong gear :)

Piece of piss to change em. Only problem is you'll ideally need 4 wheel laser after doing it asd it will probably be out of line again......

Loosen but do not remove the two mounting bolts (inner to chassis)
attaching the wishbone to the front sub-frame.
Remove:
– the ABS sensor from the lower wishbone (cable tie),
– the two ball joint mounting bolts (4) and (5),
– the ball joint.
REFITTING
Refit the ball joint and tighten to a torque of 7.5 daNm

Thanks mate, ile invest in that see if my prob is solved, i need a track rod for the rear right, anybody have a part number for this?
