Squeeky brakes!

Arghh they're getting on my nerves alot now. The previous owner just changed the pads so they're fairly new but I thought they would have bedded in by now, so i'm thinking that might not be why they're making noises. Any ideas?

Some hard compound pads squeal when they are cold, so it might just be a case of living with it or going for a different pad.

Or it could just be a build-up of dust; give them a good clean with the jet wash. If that doesn’t sort it you could try copper grease on the back of the pads.

They're standard pads I think. They're not bad but could be better imo, so I might try a different pad.

Oh yes they do - fitted some to mine on Saturday and I've got a bad case of the squeaks this morning!

I've got ferrodo and they squeal too!
