Side pods?

Will Mark1 side pods fit onto a Mark2 car. looking to have a set sprayed black and kept as a spare set. Still want my originals kept silver.

Pods fit but the mesh/grills aren't swappable

As the guys have reported, bit of a fiddle to remove and the grills won't fit. There plenty of advice here on how to get there though. The Carbon pods that are kicking around are only available in mkI design.

Then fiddle a refit !!!!!!

I have done this mod and as everyone correctly says they fit but the MK2 grills defo dont fit.
