Shaking by cold start (after fitted BMC filter)

Hello,

After I fitted a BMC cda kit my Vee is shaking by a cold start.
This happens when the choke is on.
When the Vee is shaking the red stop light and the brake light (O) is blinking...
After 2-3 minutes when the choke is out the shaking is over..

But sometimes if I put hard the gas I also see the red stop light blinking...

Someone say it has to do with the BMC airkit because the Vee is getting to much air...??????????
