Has anyone got a copy, or a link to the Renault clio service manual?

All the links on find on cliosport are dead, and searching on here i haven't found anything (unless I'm being blind).

Cheers

When you read that it tells you to tension the belt BEFORE you torque up the inlet and exhaust pulleys on the cams. This is very counter intuitive but is correct. The cams need to be locked in place on the far end, the crank locked, then you fit and tension the belt and then lock the pulleys in place. That way when you tighten the pulleys up everything is perfectly positioned, and its also why you need the proper tools as the pulleys are floating (no keys or timing marks).

You also MUST replace the crank pulley bolt every time you take it out so if you get the timing wrong, its a tenner a time for a new bolt!

Might need to borrow the tools soon bud. Thought the bottom bolt was a stretch one that needed measuring to see of it needed replacing?
