Seized bolts on oil filter housing

Hi guys has anybody else had problems removing the pipe hose bolts from the top of oil filter housing mount? one of mine is a bit rounded off and seems to have been done up by iron man. it really is seized on there, tried heating it but not too sure if I want to blowtorch so close to filter etc. Think a good old nut splitter will work? Cheers image.webp

Its not a nut, its a male oil union so if you use a nut splitter it will ruin the pipe. Use some plusgas on it, and try to shock it with a decent fitting spanner, flare spanner prob best if you can find one the right size. Sometimes they just spin and twist the pipe, which is one of those things that happens to 30 year old parts sadly.
