Hey today decided to sort the rough idle out on my 19 !
So started with the ICV and TB . Cleaning them both out with carb clean rags and Cotten buds "both were spanking clean .... Then moved on to inlet manifold. Took all rubber vacuum pipes off manifold and cleaned them out .
Disconnected all plugs and came to the green one on bottom and notice it was a solid pipe connection so never got no further than that " not sure what it was" so i left it.... So then I started putting every thing back in place all rubber pipes and plugs connected . Onto ICV and tb. Connected them . So it's my first time doing this but it's all done right . But when I started my car up the reves shot to 2000 then came down to 1200 and stayed. Can't think what could be wrong but its worse than when I started . It used to go from 900 to 1100 up and down. Does any one have and idea or some sort of fix or test to sort this out .
