John's possibly assuming you will be paying someone to drop the engine for you. If you're doing it yourself it may be a different matter........unless there is more to worry about in there than just the diff having failed.

So lets say the diff has failed. What will be involved? How much will the diff be?

my contact with the company Yozzasport, they will release a differential limited in the future

Unless you are an expert leave repair to the experts.

It is not a normal job for home.

You need a number of special tools and know what you are doing.

Just checked in the region of 11 specila tools required plus an intimate knowledge of gearboxes and the correct settings and set up.

another concern is that gear box spare parts just doesn't exist in the spare parts manual !!!! :? Not even a synchromesh !!!

So keep your old gear boxes preciously in the garage for donnor parts

The complete new box is around 4000 euros and exchange 1800 in France

LSD is coming soon now 8) and Concept Car told me that it's not very difficult to swap the diff...but expert skill is recommended
