5 GT Turbo renix 450

Shit,i wass put the 450 and evrithing works fine?!its spining on 6500rpm,only in fifth gear at about 5000rpm its pinket once?

I wass ask brigsy yesterday but didn answer i dont know what to do now ,,car is runing almost perfectly ,only thing is that sometimes at 5000rpm in 5 gear pink once and that it..

And my carb set up are:standard venturi, 1.2 main jet,0.9 a/c jet,and second stage is 1.2,and 1.1 bar boost,?

It's from the n.a 1.4 R5. Would have a more advanced curve/map than the 208/209. Probably fine off-boost, but heed caution on-boost/wot, and especially if you're planning on upping the boost.

Thank you very much for answer Mart ,i notice that the car is a litlebit diferent more responsive without the boost,and on full throtell in 5 gear sometimes pinket ,i think that its not a big problem on this setup,i will dond rise the boost until i found a renix 209,maybe i loverit down to a 1bar to be on safe side, thank you all ,

Yep, the more advanced ignition will be why it feels more responsive off-boost. It's a mod I've always ran on my GTTs.

If you're hearing/suffering with detonation, the TDC sensor can be made adjustable to help retard the ignition, but that'll shift/retard the whole map as such, thus affecting off-boost driveability. Swings & roundabouts
