Good morning everyone

Just wanted to let everyone know I am now back in the office full time. I have had a few issues at home with my partner being ill so havent been in the office full time since early November.

I am sorry if our service has suffered in the past few months, sometimes enquiries etc havent been answered within 24 hours.

I will be on the forum more often now so anything you need please let me know. We will also be updating the website soon so it will be much more user friendly.

HI Paul, can I just say I ordered a load of parts from you a few weeks ago and Im not sure if it was you I dealt with personally, but whoever it was, dealt with the whole order fantastically. I had instant email communication from any queries I made and personalised confirmation when it was shipped. The only cockup was the website failed to take the payment, but this was dealt with very efficiently.

All in all a great customer experience, rarely experienced elsewhere!

Sorry about the website issue, was a HSBC error which seems to be fine now (Fingers crossed!)

New website coming soon so it will be even better for you guys.
