the car has 148k on the clock , but this is largly irrelevant , as I have had lots of parts changed - and all oils change frequently.

£700 - this will get the car in the above trim
£750 - as above with a turbo timer , setup , ready to go
£900 - as above with a freshly rebuilt t34 , cossie housing , and cosworth downpipe and a dash 31 acutator
You are buying a daily driver 21t here. Used it for 2.5 years with only two major faults , both being rectified - alternator , and belts snapping.
