Ali,
Eventually got it sorted. Almost had to go to the top of the tree to get it repaired!! They have made a good job off it because they knew i would be a screamer if it wasn't perfect. I never had to pay a penny.

Well spotted mate. Took the pics at RBS and got asked to leave as i didn't have permission to be on the premises!!! Could have got really good pics there if i had have had more time. Beautiful grounds.
