rear light

Alright boys and girls got a problem iv been told its a bad earth, the problem is my right rear sidelight seems to flash on and off when i indicate and also my fog light on the dash flashes on and off. anyone had this problem? if so could you tell me how you went about sorting it cheers

Yes that certainly sounds like a common problem we have had before. Clean up the bulb holder and terminals. http://www.v6clio.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=4285

I needed a new wiring harness for the rear light as mine was bady corroded due to water ingress.

cheers mate, i changed the complete bulb holder because it was quite badly corroded but no joy

Check all the earth points in the bay, there easy to notice take them out and clean with a emry board then copper grease up and reconect. Mine did it when it was about 18months old and its never caused me a problem since, its now over 5 years old.
