rear headlight wire holder

Anyone know where I can get the 'plug' that connects the wires to the bulbs in the rear tailight. One of mine has been lost/broken along the way and Renault only sell it with the loom and want just under £150 [smilie=icon_eek.gif]

I would have thought you could get one from a breakers, The plastic plug has a flap at the rear that you can open and then release the female pins.

The wires have connectors at the ends that sit in the plug. These are part of the loom apparently. Renault bloke says in similar situations where customers aren't willing to shell out Renault just solder the wires to the connectors so gonna fire up the soldering iron. Should be a relatively easy job I hope.

Yeah they are crimped on, If you can't buy them as a spare part, I'd chop a whole plug of a breaker with a couple of inches of loom attached and solder it onto your loom, Tape it all up and job done.
