Rear Fog Light Symbol Flashing up on Dash?

Hi

An electrical question. When I apply the brakes at all times the fog light symbol which flashes orange on the dash comes on quickly then goes out. Any ideas why it is doing this?

bad earth in the rear light, had my Peugeot 306 do the same and thats what it was, clean the earth and it was fine

As Carl says usually dirty connection in a bulb holder at the back. (or corroded loom)


Take rear lamp clusters out and clean things up.
