5 GT Turbo Raider project help

Hello all,

I have just bought a R5 GT Turbo Raider, which has not been driven in 15 or so years and has been garaged. I have had the car running, it actually runs quite well, however I want to tackle the bodywork first. There are rust bubbles around the windscreen, and the seal has gone, so this will need doing. Other than that, I couldn't see any visible signs of rust on the body, but I am concerned and Id rather get it done properly.

Can anyone recommend anyone who is reasonable?
Thank you

Rust tends to be in the areas you can't see until things get stripped down, behind kit, under battery, front/rear bumper mounts etc.
Regards the screen, if the rust is creeping under the seal it's best to remove the screen to tackle it properly and if on the lower section may need tackling from the underside too. In some cases behind the dash but it doesn't sound that severe.
I've been crazy busy lately so would be at least 6 weeks before I could and would need to be slotted in before @DaveL485 but yet to finalise a date.

There she is, after a quick clean.
At the moment, the plan is to get her roadworthy and use her, and decide which way to go. She is at a garage now which was recommended by a friend. She does need a fair few things, but that's to be expected as she has sat for 15 years or so. She does run.

The previous owner bought them, and some Yokohama tyres, which were new before he parked it up. They have come out good, but unfortunately the paint is poor. He has spent on the engine as well. I'm not sure which way I would like to go forward with it, once its back on the road!
