Hello! I have a customer who has raced in many different series and now has quite the car collecting addiction. The latest is he dropped off a 1980 R5 and said go to town, virtually unlimited budget. the car is fully disassembled and the tub has been very well painted, nothing else is complete. Open discussion on what parts are the best for each system, brakes to turbo manifolds etc. We have ordered custom KW coilovers that eliminate the torsion bars and will be sending the interior out to be re done, likely order some recaro classics. I'd like to make the car roll first, so whats the deal with suspension parts and brake parts? aftermarket control arms or just blast these and send them to powdercoat?
