R5 Ph1 to ph2 strut conversion?

Hi guys, i have bought a Renault 5 GTE, but the GTE's have ph1 suspsension. And almost all affordable suspension kits Like the Apex kit are for a ph2..

So there for i would like to know what i need to convert it to ph2 struts..

Of course i need the strut and springs, and the top mounts like the ones CGB have, will the rest fit over from my ph1 suspension?

By phase1 you mean the torsionbar suspension?

If so I dont think you can convert it, in my opinion the torsionbar suspension is way better any way.

No i mean the super 5 Gt-turbo ph1 suspension with the damper mounted on the middel Of the strut, i want to convert it to ph2 where the damper sits further in in the strut

How do you mean 'the rest'? Do you mean the hub carrier and bottom arms etc?

I don't know that much about 5s but I'd be surprised if they are different.

So just swap the complete strut over.

Or have I misunderstood what you're asking?

No i mean what do i need.. i can't se any reason why i should buy a whole gt-turbo front strut, just to throw away the dampener and the springs, if i buy a Apex suspension kit with dampener and springs, I'm assuming the hub carrier and bottom arms etc are the same.
I'm asking will i need more than the top mount, will the ph1 bearing etc fit the strut mount (http://www.cgbmotorsport.net/suspension-top-strut-mount-phase-2-single-327-p.asp) to convert my ph1 struts in to ph2 struts. I'm looking at the apex kit because it is relatively cheap (£250), I'm not wanting to buy a coil-over set (£500+)


Ps I'm sorry if I'm not making myself clear, but I'm Danish..
