Quick detailer - take off wax ?

I bought some Sonax Xtreme Brilliant Quick Detailer on a whim. Just applied some to the c63 bonnet and boot. Two easy panels for me to do in my lunch break !

Anyway , after applying I noticed it was mega shiny and felt super slick under the fingers.

Will this product strip and wax I had on the car , or merely lay another layer on top ?

No it's doesn't strip the wax off, just lays on top of it

Heard great things about the sonar quick detailer never bought any due to having a 5 litre bottle of AF finale

It shouldn't strip wax, BSD is a very good product, I mix mine with chemical guys V7, goes on very well and as smoother than smooth.
