Just a quicky.

Does the bush have a metal sleeve in the middle?

I know thw one with the bolt in does but its the other one i'm not sure on.

I want to take them off to get the bar coated but i don't want to ruin the drop links. How does the link stay on the bar then if its just a push fit?

Cos its a push fit, just like the front anti-roll bar. To come out the bar would have to reduce in length, which is somewhat unlikely.
 
I had a slack one on my old quadra (oh er Missus) that used to fall off every week. I always wondered how they were suposed to stay on.

Cool looks like that bar is off to get powder coated then.:yup:
