Unlike the original mid-engined Renault the Clio doesn't come with a space saver/get you home wheel.
What precautions do you guys take? Do you just keep a can of foam in the car to get you home & then sort out the problem ? :s
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated as I hope to pick up my baby on Sunday. :D

My mk2 had two cans of compressed foam (similar to tyreweld) in a plastic box from the factory (underneath the rear of the drivers seat) - although i also carried a can of tyreweld in the glovebox to be on the safe side

Yeah the MK1 also comes with two cans just behind / under the drivers seat. Fortunately i haven't had to use them yet :D

Thanx guys [smilie=bowdown.gif] .I'll be greedy & get a can & join the AA/RAC.
Has anyone actually tried putting a spacesaver under the bonnet?

Would need to be a big diameter space saver, with a wierd offset to clear the brakes on both the front and rear.
