not a big thing... at / with my renault dealer and with the original renault repair documents... 8)

thanks! ;)

ratios:
now, the gearbox fits properly to the engine charakteristic.
you know, i have converse my 230 engine to the 255 engine.
and we all know, that the ph1 ratios were chosen already bad to the 230 engine.
and now, with the 255 engine, it was even worse.
I knew that even before the engine conversion, but first i had to persuade quaife,
that they develop for me (and now also for all of you) a atb for the pk6 gearbox,
and i found to 255 ratios (also not easy). so I had to wait until now.

the reasons for a quaife atb are logical - neutral and stable rear axle at corners:
ahead / in corners on the gas, sudden take away gas in corners, and give gas a little too early out of the corner,
the clio should not or significantly less bring out of the rest (less oversteer), than without this variable, torque-controlled locking differential.

and now the installation of the gearbox:

AM21XU.jpg

from above all mounted on the gear :

finally from above the air filter and intake hose

after installing the axle shafts, fill the gear oil in:
.

orignals gear oil doesn’t make any problems with quaife:

the rear axle is almost at the end to the car:

of course, all self-locking nuts be replaced:

mounted the rear wheels:

and now comes the bleeding the clutch system…
