Postcode vs Price

Just posted this site on another thread and it got me thinking - how about people post up their age, postcode risk rating (A-F) as per the below site, the number of points you have (and if it's SP30 etc), the price you pay and also the company you are with - see if we can figure our some kind of formula for what people should be paying. I'll start things off:


29 - D - 0 points - £850 - Bell Direct

Car insurance is 100% more than it should be because in 1986 the biggest insurance company in the UK lost £960,000,000
speculating on the property market. The chairman of the company needed to be able to pay a dividend to the share holders to be able to keep his job so he hit the captive audience by increasing insurance groupings from 7 to 20 and also had the no claims formula changed to reduce its value. All the other insurance companies followed suit they were quids in. The share dividend was paid 3p per share in 1986, in 1985 the dividend was £2.88. The Chairman still lost his job but with a golden handshake of £1800,000..............poor soul.
