Beautiful example of a megane R26 in with us last week for the following work:
• Timing belt & water pump replacement
• Map tweak
This car has been to us before a few years ago for one of our engine builds and our G25-550 turbo kit, but was brought to us by a new owner this time as it was due a timing belt and water pump. The customer also requested we put the car on the dyno for a power run, while on the ramp we noticed a new catalytic converter had been fitted so we advised a map tweak to suit this
It’s nice to see this car is still running strong, producing 431hp & 364ftlb at 1.4bar of boost! However we noticed the coolant temperature was getting quite high on the dyno so we suspect this has been fitted with a cheap radiator
