Phase two ABS pump wanted

Have you checked the pump relay before you consider replacing the entire pump?

Its for a 21 on ebay that I am thinking of buying.

I have not owned a 21 for 10 years and just fancied another.

Is the ABS pump relay under the ecu & next to the fuel pump relay...??

No, the ABS relays are mounted in the centre of the bulkhead. The ignition coil on phase 1 and 2 models is mounted to the front of the housing.

There is a plastic cover on top of it which is held down by two small torx screws, if you look at the car face on the pump relay should be the relay closest to the passenger side of the car.

Excellent, i'll check mine as the abs light has come on..........& it's not pumping when the ignition is turned on..

Fuse. Usually the fuse if there is one.

If not the pump unit.

Relays very very rarely fail.
