Doesn't look far off from what I remember of mine. OE p/n's are 6000009361 and 6000009362 I think.

I believe what you need are a pair of Citreon XM front calipers: LINK

Yes these are the correct type of calipers for the rear of the Clio V6, they were used on the front of the Citroen Xantia & XM. Just double check with the seller that they have 57mm diameter pistons. You can buy new seal kits & pistons from Big Red so they can be rebuilt.
Here is an Ebay link to another seller with some but again double check with them that the pistons are 57mm diameter. Also they are handed left & right.

Also - if you buy new please don't bin the old ones, I can get them fully refurbished for anyone needing some in the future.
