Good luck with the search btw...

One of the special metal folders versions came up on eBay around 6 months ago - so they do the rounds. Went for around £100. Rusty on here was the vendor - so you could ask him about it (maybe the purchasor now has a spare?)

Isn't the electronic version of it in 'The Knowledge'? Perhaps a decent book printer could make you a 'better than OEM' version?

Just ideas...

Small world eh, that was me who purchased the special metal folder, it was empty though (knew that in the listing, but it got me one step closer at least!!!) so that lead is a dead end, as its me!!!! lol, like your thinking though!

Yeah, I have the electronic version...and a reprint is not a bad shout actually, I will explore that a little...mean while, my search will continue of course, and thank you once again for you help, I truly appreciated it.
