I've got to say it looks a credit to its past owner.
I think its a reasonably fair asking price from a dealer. Its probably a 22-23k car as a private sale. But there's very little other choice if you want one, so I wouldn't be surprised to see it sell for asking price.
I don't think prices have risen noticeably over the past 2/3 years, but peoples perception has.

The one auctioned 11th December reached 20.5k but didn't meet reserve.
