New awesome number plate on.
New OEM steering wheel on (air bag swaps over easily by the way).
New foglights (not such an easy swap)
New RenaultSport floor mats
New 18 inch wheels shod in Michelin Pilot 3's.
I still haven't had a chance to really shine her up yet, but the photo's look good. I've left the camera lead at the office but will call by on my travels tomorrow and pick it up and upload in the evening. My spendy list is touching £2k already!
Can I ask, are the bonnets made of the same material as the rest of the shell? It just doesn't seem so shiny. Same with the moulded bottom bits of the doors. Don't think I'm seeing things.
Hahaha.. it doesnt take much to spend alot on a vee!
The bonnets are steel ( some of the very early 172's had aluminium, but as far as i'm aware these weren't used on v6's). All the v6 add on panels are fibre glass.. rear quarter panels, door skins front wings and both front and rear bumpers. The front of these cars are very prone to stone chips so many have had bumper and bonnet re-sprays.
Hope this helps! Looking forward to seeing the pics.. 230's on 18" OEM wheels look great!
