I don't think the steering wheel suits it, the gear stick gaitor is a little loose but love the rest of the interior

Cream interiors are awesome though, still miss my old one but dont miss the ocd to keep it clean

The last known UK owner had it advertised on ebay in May LINK i wonder if he sold it to a french guy who is now selling it on?

I understand its simple to register a UK car in France and on French plates, but you do need a French address to register it too.

No it isnt. They dont have the same system as us over there with regards to recording write offs.

In france the prices are a fair bit higher than they are here.

For example, at todays exchange rate a decent phase 2 can cost you something like £21-24K in France.

About 1-2 RHD's a month are getting exported to the continent at the moment. Some have then been converted to LHD and resold on.

Hello everyone, just why such a price difference between uk and France??
In the uk V6 presquent not worth anything!
In a phase II France: € 30,000
In a phase II UK: 13000 LS is 15000 euros
Fewer applications compared to the offering may be?
Do you have an answer to that???

I wouldn't say the price difference was limited to just the V6, second hand cars are valued higher in France (and the rest of mainland Europe) anyway. Europeans are less obsessed with new shiny-shiny, Brits would rather have a new 12 grand Korean sack of cack than dip into the second hand market.

Actually it's because the government are offering mega deals on new builds. I'd love a old house but it'll have to be a new build because of the deals being offered

Back on track, a lot of people snigger at French cars here. Despite the looks and everything else we know a lot of people turn their nose up due to generalisation of French cars
