Performance Chip Tuning Renault Clio and 19 1.8L 16V

I got nice gains but on F7R engine with eBay chip

I a few days I will make some wide band lambda reading and I will modify maps myself

If I buy an older unit fails prepared by Elia, and maybe buy the chip. It's a little experiment :) The price is very low.
Wideband Lambda is quite expensive and I do not have any self-mapping experience.
You have a chip on F7R 700 Willi or F7R 710 Megane :?:

F7R-714 Megane engine

For Fenix3 (ECU on R19 1.8 16v) I suggest you to use Rtuner software (google it)

or buy some chip from eBay. It will be a little improvement for sure

the aftermarket chips just bump the fuelling up and advance the timing and remove the soft cut rev limiter and advance the hard cut.

you will get gains here and there but nothing amazing.

Yes I know that the performance gain is very small. After soldering the socket Eprom can change at any time.

That`s the point of "chip tuning"

On N/A engine massive gains cannont be done
With that chip from eBay you will see nice (noticible) gains

go to a repreble tuner, buy chip, let them map it, job done.

me personnally wouldnt trust the e-bay chips, but thats me

I'm the same mate but tbh I suspect that it will just be a copy of a generic map that one of the employees of a tuning firm has copied onto a load of chips.

you get the same claims with the remaps for the M3 although it's all done through the OBD2 and not a replacement chip.
