Other alloys

I'll do the math on the txi conversion .The spare rims need a refurb on the two fronts and also smaller rubber on the rears .It might work out cheaper to get 5 stud wheels .

Txi hub conversion is expensive, two rear hubs at around ?100 each new and then two front hubs which I think are similar money maybe slightly less either way not worth converting to 4 stud unless there are some amazing wheels which you can't get in 5 stud.

Front hubs you only need the leading hub bit with the stud holes in. Rears you'll need the whole bearing assembly.

Bet you could do the lot for a ton if you know where to look.

EDIT- and yes, ABS retainable.

I'll sell these at the right price:

Looking to stick standards back on mine. Need some standard wheel bolts first though as these have a cap head type bolt in. They'd come with spacers and they only rub when I have had people in the rear and the boot fully loaded. They're 18'' by the way.

Looks mint, but I bet it tramlines like thomas the wank engine!!

...inaccurate speedo reading, can easily be curbed, rubs on the arches with people in the back....

...looking like a chav!.. ;)

My very own highly personal opinion is that 17s is the most this car can handle without the wheels looking vulgar. (In case you wonder.. I have 17s..) :D

Yea well that too! I'm looking for 16 inch compomotives when I can afford them. Standards are going back on till then.

I have had 17's on my car but have recently gone back to 15's for the much smoother ride, with the 17's the slightest bump was felt smashing through your spine.

I must have really worn out suspension then, because I don't think the ride is very bad at all..
