what the best size to run on?

My car is currenlty running on 16 x 7J ET 35 (5 Stud) On 205/45 Tyres

Samashed my front alloy the other week and now strugglin to get a replacement to fit.

Any advice greatly recieved.

16inch rim tyres are far more expensive than 15/17

Ive driven with all 3 sized wheels and couldnt tell you which is best tbh

I run 205/40 on 7.5J17 et42 rims, it rubs a little on full lock in front and apparantly a little on the inside on the rear, but nothing I've noticed when driving and probably only on the quadra..

205/40/17 ET25, 7J (V6 wheels), rolled rear arches, no probs

225/45/17 ET38, 8J trackwheels, when the left rear wheel is airborn got a little rub on the right side. Nothing major.

Just got these off a GTA breaker ,7J +38 et .What is the std offset on the 21??
One pair has 205/40/17 and the other 225/45/17 .Which would be better ?

35 and best fitment are the 205's

Just had a proper look and they have the wrong nut pattern as they are 4 stud .I'd have to make an adapter .

thats not going to work i'm affraid. Adapters are at least 20mm + you're rim ET... you're wheel cant be fit, its gonna touch the arches.

Get in touch with Johnspin, hes got a spare set 17's from me.

BK wheels, ex Lee, now at John's house to testfit them with the big brake conversion.

You could convert to 4-stud....it's not hard.
